What you need to know
- Letters are called "Snails." A Snail Pals user is called a "Pal."
- You may send a Snail to a Pal via two methods:
Submit an electronic version through the website.
Send a physical letter to Snail Pals office. We'll take care of the postage. - Every Snail, regardless of how it is created, will be sent to a Pal in signature Snail packaging.
- You may send to a Pal using their handle (e.g. "@snailpal123") or by their address if you have it.
- You must have a verified physical address in the US to receive Snails.
Your address will not be shared with other Pals. No PO boxes. - Snail Pals is currently still in development. You are one of the very few people selected for testing.
Along with exclusive early access, you will be able to suggest features and provide feedback.
